Abstract
The survival rates for traumatic OHCA were lower than for medical OHCA, with wider difference in matched vs. non-matched cohorts. Although the probability of survival is lower for trauma victims, the efforts are not futile and pre-hospital resuscitation efforts seem worthwhile.
