Abstract
- Prognosis of ALK-positive NSCLC patients has dramatically improved over last decade.
- Patients with ALK-positive NSCLC are at increased risk of coagulation disorders.
- We reported a rapidly evolving DIC as presentation of ALK-positive NSCLC.
- Admission to ICU should be considered for patients with ALK-positive NSCLC.
- The association between ALK-rearrangement and VTE should be assessed prospectively.
