Abstract
Acromegalic patients did not gain more benefits from SSAs pretreatment. But, pre-treatment with SSA could be recommended to patients with invasive macro- or giant adenomas for significant improvement in long-term remission. GTR and GH-7 could be significant predictors in postoperative management of macro- or giant adenomas.
