Abstract

- Mesial temporal sclerosis (MTS) is a potential late complication of hematological malignancies.
- Seizures are usually drug resistant with MTS yet seizure freedom may be achieved by surgery.
- Early evaluation for epilepsy surgery is warranted for drug resistant seizures due to AML.
