Abstract
In “true” 3 Tesla MRI-negative extratemporal epilepsies, incidence of FCD may be lower than in earlier MRI-negative series that included weaker MRI-field. Furthermore, consistent review examination may confirm the diagnosis of mMCD type II as substrate in cases diagnosed as “gliosis” or “normal” in the past.
