Abstract
												Thromboembolic events are the most common complication of brain aneurysm embolisation. Both our study and the literature suggest that the use of dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel lowers the rate of symptomatic thromboembolic complications, regardless of the administration protocol.
