Abstract
In our SEEG- and outcome-defined patients with MTLE, ASL could provide significant information during presurgical evaluation, with the hypoperfusion detected with ASL reliably lateralizing MTLE. This non-invasive technique may be used as an alternative diagnostic tool for MTLE lateralization.
