Abstract
The carcinoma-hosting MS lesions are unlike typical active lesions but recapitulate the CNS metastatic niche. Our observations suggest that metastasis-hosting MS lesions might require a distinct immune microenvironment to be permissive to the seeding and growth of metastatic tumors.
