Abstract
Endovascular embolization combined with surgical resection is the most commonly used treatment for spinal dysraphism with spinal cord AVM. Careful analysis of spinal angiography is necessary owing to the distorted vascular and surgical anatomy of the region affected by spinal dysraphism.
