Abstract
In order to avoid medications aggravating a condition, Hahnemann made recommendations regarding the repetition of appropriate homeopathic remedies as well as the reduction of doses by diluting them and subjecting them to greater dynamisation. We will follow the thinking of Hahnemann on the repetition and dilution of medicines in the various editions of the Organon and other short texts. We will observe that, throughout his life, Hahnemann modified his methods of prescription and repetition. This is what we will study in the final editions of the Organon and in his exchanges with Bönninghausen (1785-1864) and Korsakoff (1788-1853).
