Abstract
The author describes arsenic as one of the major therapeutic products of all time. Indeed, acute promyelocytic leukaemia is currently treated in haematology by this substance in the form of arsenic trioxide (sold in France since March 2002 under the name Trisenox®) and used in doses of 0.15 mg per kilo and per day. Noting that this medication is a 10-3 dilution of arsenic, the author invites us to consider the similarity between Trisenox (arsenic trioxide)and Arsenicum album (diarsenic trioxyde) 4 CH.
