Abstract
Since near 200 years, homeopathy is used by inhalation. This medicine smells nothing and so, is volatile non-odorant molecule. First, homeopathy was compared to pheromones. But no research in vitro is possible with homeopathy and the vomeronasal organ. When you look closer to odorant molecules and olfactory receptors, it seems that homeopathy could work in the same way. If homeopathy has an action on olfactory receptors then it becomes possible to conduct research in vitro as cancer research does with olfactory receptors. Maybe extraction techniques used in agro alimentary industry and perfume industry could be used to discover what the homeopathic medicines are made of.
