Abstract
It is a challenge for the orthodontist to correct bilateral posterior telescopic cross bites, which are a rare but difficult to correct condition. In most of the patients with this kind of cross bite, the upper teeth erupt beyond their lower antagonists thus creating severe occlusal difficulties. The case hereby presented illustrates a way to correct a bilateral posterior telescopic cross bite with a TMA Goshgarian palatal arch and the aid of posterior bite turbos.
