RésuméLe projet DIAPRECA est un programme visant l’exploitation conjointe ou concomitante de méthodes d’exploration optiques par microscopie de reflectance et de Raman dans une perspective d’une meilleure discrimination précoce et in vivo des zones saines, précancéreuses et cancéreuses. Il réunit, les laboratoires LTSI-Inserm U 642, ProCadec-CNRS 6164, IGDR-CNRS 6061 de l’université de Rennes 1, le service de gastro-entérologie du CHU de Brest et la société Mauna Kea Technologies à Paris. Ce projet a couvert à la fois des aspects de conception d’instruments, de logiciels dédiés et d’expérimentations ex vivo et in vivo.
The DIAPRECA project is aimed at exploiting conjointly or consecutively optical microscopy exploration techniques such as reflectance and Raman in a perspective of a better early and in vivo discrimination between healthy, precancerous and cancerous tissues. DIAPRECA brings together the laboratories LTSI-INSERM U 642, ProCadec-CNRS 6164, IGDR-CNRS 6061 of the university of Rennes 1, the service of gastroenterology university hospital of Brest and the company Mauna Kea Technologies. This project covered both aspects of dedicated instrument and software design and ex vivo and in vivo experiments.
