Développement d’une innovation technologique en santé : le cycle CREPS Concept – Recherche – Essais – Produit – Soins

RésuméLes CIC-IT étant au cœur du processus de l’innovation, cet article a pour objectif, à partir d’un partage d’expériences, de préciser le processus de maturation de l’innovation technologique, de la genèse de l’idée à l’évaluation du Service médical rendu à une population cible. Après avoir rapidement rapporté des concepts relatifs à l’innovation technologique dans le domaine de la santé, puis identifier les principaux acteurs de cette innovation, une description d’un processus de l’innovation est proposée, organisée selon les dimensions scientifiques et techniques, réglementaires, économiques et industrielles. Cette succincte mais précise description, complétée de l’identification de sources potentielles de financement contributive à l’innovation, est illustrée par un exemple concret d’innovation de transfert. Ce papier souligne l’importance stratégique de collaborations entre les différents acteurs en vue d’une efficience, ces collaborations pouvant réellement être « dopées » au sein de l’espace partagé offert du réseau des CIC-IT.

The network of CIC-IT is in the heart of the innovation process. From a sharing of experiences, this article aims at specifying the maturation process of innovative technologies, from the genesis of an idea to the evaluation of the medical service delivered to a target population. After having reported concepts in connection with innovative technologies in the health field and after having identified the main actors, a description of an innovation process is proposed. It is organized according to scientific and technical, regulatory, economic and industrial dimensions. This brief description is completed by the identification of potential funding sources in this field and is illustrated by a practical example of an innovation. This paper underlines the strategic matter of a close work between different actors to gain efficiency, these collaborations which can really be boosted within the shared space offered by the network of CIC-IT.
