Abstract
The increase of the prevalence of gestational diabetes and the interest of the treatment encourage the healthcare professionals to optimize its management. Our hospital department has set up a telemedicine project called “SUIDIA”, developed with the help of the regional health authority to respond to this request. Our evaluation showed that the follow-up by telemedicine has no impact on maternal and fetal outcomes. Most patients and health professionals expressed satisfactory with follow-up and care.
