Abstract
Despite the dismal prognosis, partial hepatectomy could prolong the survival of hepatic angiosarcoma patients, particularly those with tumors <10â¯cm. Chemotherapy could be an option for unresectable disease. Liver transplantation is not a recommendable option for the management of this malignancy.
