Abstract
												The Flow Cytometry is the principal method used to measure platelet-derived microparticles (PDMPs), by fluorescent properties analysis. PDMPs (0.1-1.0â¯Î¼m) are abundant in circulation, accounting for approximately 90% of the microparticles and are associated with Cardiovascular Disease, the leading cause of death in the world.
