Abstract
- Cyclophostin and Cyclipostins analogues (CyCs) act as new potent antimycobacterial agents.
- The inhibitory activity of these CyCs was exclusively restricted to mycobacteria.
- CyCs are active against multiresistant species of the Mycobacterium abscessus complex.
