Abstract
The case is presented of a woman 50 years old with persistent box abnormal uterine bleeding. She has secondary anaemia, adynamia, and asthenia, which is documented as microcytic normochromic anaemia and bicytopenia with thrombocytopenia. After conducting a thorough study of the causes of bicytopenia, the diagnosis of Sjogren's syndrome was made, in the absence of dry symptoms.
