Abstract
Since 2002, cases of severe food anaphylaxis are collected within the Allergy-Vigilance® Network (AVN), an associative network of French-speaking allergists, mainly located in France and Belgium. The objective of this work is to analyze the cases recorded over the last 15Â years in order to improve the knowledge on the etiologies of this rare pathology and to identify emerging food allergens.
