Abstract
Lung involvement is frequent in spondyloarthritis and late symptomatic. It is represented at one hand by a restrictive syndrome secondary to chest wall limitation and at the other hand by a non-specific parenchymal involvement revealed with high resolution computed tomography, with fibrosis tendency. Historical features such as apical fibrobullous disease are currently very rare. This pulmonary involvement justifies regular clinical evaluation and preventive actions such as smoking cessation and reeducation.
