Abstract
- Recent studies indicate that ATG reduces severe acute and chronic GVHD after PBSCT.
- We evaluated effects of low-dose (2Â mg/kg) ATG-T on T-cell depletion for GVHD prophylaxis after PBSCT.
- Flow cytometric analysis showed the significant depletion of naïve T-cells by low-dose ATG-T.
- ATG-T significantly decreased in absolute numbers of all T-cell subsets evaluated.
