Abstract
This is a case report of AT/RT in the internal auditory canal presenting with progressive hearing loss as the initial symptom. Although no previous reports of AT/RT primarily occurring in the internal auditory canal are existent, this rare form of the disease should be considered in future evaluations as a differential diagnosis for internal auditory canal tumor.
