Abstract
Multiple laryngeal tumors are exceedingly rare. To our knowledge, no previous reports of a simultaneous squamous cell carcinoma and a leiomyosarcoma of the larynx have been reported. Both tumors were not invasive in this case, so conservation surgery was feasible.
