Abstract
Lymphadenectomy should be performed in patients with DMI â¥Â½ and grade 2 to improve survival. Adjuvant vaginal brachytherapy may only be given to patients who are older than 60 years old with moderate differentiation and deep myometrial invasion to reduce loco-regional recurrence.
