Abstract
Advanced tumors of the upper digestive airway are the most frequent presentation of squamous carcinomas of the head and neck. Treatment is always a challenge and transdisciplinary approach is essential for highly specialized teams that are used to treating this type of patients. Oncological treatment is usually multimodal. Reconstruction is a fundamental part of the treatment and requires work in conjunction with multiple professionals.
