Abstract
We present the case of a male patient with electric burn type AB - B in both hands associated with compartment syndrome. The left hand and wrist evolve with deepening of the burn, tendon injury and joint exposure, requiring coverage with a fasciocutaneous flap that allows a functional hand to be obtained.
