Abstract
In this manuscript we present the crisis intervention model as a usefull method for the psychological support of hospitalized patients. We emphatise on the most relevant psychodinamic aspects of this technic and in the goals it persuits, mainly in colaborating to the better recovery of somatic and emotional symptoms of general hospital patients, hospitalized due to diverse causes.
