Abstract
Our results suggest that asphyxiated, cooled infants presenting with hypotension were likely to have low serum cortisol values. Further studies are needed to test the efficacy and long-term safety of hydrocortisone administration in the treatment of hypotension in asphyxiated, cooled neonates.
