Abstract
This population-based retrospective cohort study indicates no association between positive HPV testing with Pap smear and obstetric complications such as preterm delivery, cervical insufficiency, placental abruption, PROM, Preterm PROM, neonatal SGA and preeclampsia, in a population with low prevalence HPV infection.
