Abstract
This study indicates that the severity of prolapse and the uterus-saving technique affect the prognosis after ICG. The ICG provides a durable apical vaginal support when performed together with hysterectomy, irrespective of the severity of the prolapse. In addition, it appears to be an acceptable hysteropexy option for mild uterine prolapse.
