Abstract
Our study shows the tendency toward hyperhomocysteinaemia, hyperinsulinemia and higher BMI in PCOS patients. These factors are critical predictors of PCOS; however, BMI and IR are an independent risk factor to increase plasma Hcy levels in PCOS women.
