Abstract
In Group 1 (the higher peripheral intensity group), the corneal topographic and tomographic parameters improved significantly after accelerated CXL. The higher peripheral intensity profile effect on keratoconic cornea flattening seemed to be more pronounced compared with the top hat profile.
