Abstract
The inclusion epidermal cyst or epidermoid cyst is an intraepithelial lesion, round or oval in shape, yellow colored, of soft consistency and progressive growth. With a diverse etiology, it is originated by the proliferation of superficial epidermic cells inside the dermis and its made of keratin. It is found frequently in the eyelids. Diagnosis is made clinically and by histopathological studies. It is treated by a complete surgical excision.
