Abstract
												The PR system produced larger PCO and PCOR, and smaller flexion gap compared to the AR system. Additionally, the PR group showed more favorable contact between the anterior flange and anterior femur. However, these differences were not related to the degree of soft tissue release and clinical outcomes.
