Abstract
TSAs with anatomic press-fit short stem showed significant clinical improvements from the preoperative state to final short-term follow-up, with few complications and minimal radiographic changes. Lack of PPC may contribute to early loosening in patients with poor bone quality. The authors now use a short stem with PPC.
