Abstract
Obturator dislocation of the hip joint is a rare entity, especially in the sport setting. Treatment require reduction in less than six hours performed by a qualified surgeon. There is an important risk of complications. We report a case of antero-inferior obturator dislocation in a 56-year-old man who had a cycling injury.
