Abstract
PRP-induced inflammatory reactions were considered to be necessary to stimulate cell migration into the chamber, leading to more tissue regeneration with abundant cell components. We conclude that PRP contributes to the reproducibility of preparing vascularized flaps in an in vivo chamber.
