Abstract
We report a case of rare congenital anomaly that is presented as a congenital left inguinal hernia, on exploration of inguinal canal herniotomy testicular tissue was fused with some red brown tissue which is continue to deep ring and intraabdominaly, with separation of tissue from testis and excision of tissue mass done. Histopathology shows that was spleenic tissue.
