Abstract
Urinary CA 19-9/Cr ratio is suggested as a non-invasive marker that can assist in diagnosis and long-term follow-up of UPJO patients. This ratio is superior to urinary CA 19-9 as it is more strongly correlated with UPJ obstruction.84Figure. Comparison of urine CA 19-9/Cr in three groups: the pre- and postoperative UPJO groups and the control group.
