Abstract
Brain metastases (BM) of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are common and have a poor prognosis. Their managment is complex, and the objective of the treatment is at the same time to avoid the neurologic degradation and to treat the extracranial disease. In this review, we revised the management of BM in NSCLC including advancements in supportive therapy, neurosurgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy.
