Abstract
The overall management of lung cancers requires a specific treatment of the pain. The often mixed component of chest wall related pains (nociceptive and neuropathic) requires one to be knowledgeable on opioids and antineuropatic substances. Some recent substances have allowed progress to be made in the treatment of these pains, but when these treatments fail, it is necessary to be easily access so-called interventional techniques; this new care path requires collaborations with multiple actors (interventional radiologists, anaesthetists-algologists, radiotherapists, neurosurgeons). It is the price to pay to improve patients' quality of life as well as their relatives' experience. So we described the recent antalgic drugs and technics.
