Abstract
In this review paper, which deals with inflammatory sacroiliitis, first, we present the anatomy of the sacroiliac joint and list the main etiologies of inflammatory sacroiliitis with the diagnostic criteria. The radiographic, CT, MRI and scintigraphic aspects are then detailed and clinical cases illustrate the usual presentation of an inflammatory sacroiliitis as well as its principal radiological differential diagnosis: degenerative sacroiliac joint disease.
