Abstract
The case is presented of a male with oligo-terato-asthenozoospermia, in whom increased ejaculatory frequency positively changed conventional (viability, motility, and morphology) and functional parameters (oxidative stress and spermatogenic alteration markers, such as lipid peroxidation and DNA content), to the point that he can be an appropriate candidate for intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
