Abstract
Resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta is an effective method of improving hemodynamic status in patients with sub-diaphragmatic hemorrhage. Extensive training is not required to implement a REBOA program, and REBOA is a useful technique for trauma surgeons.
