Abstract
In the optical tweezers measurement, the levitated single droplet is more similar with its state in real atmospheric environment as it is not contacted with any substrate.Droplet properties such as size, composition, phase state etc. are acquired from the brightfield image and in-situ Raman spectra. The result gives considerable accuracy and reliability as it is not the statistical results from multiple droplets measurement.Surrounding conditions of the levitated droplet can be precisely controlled, which allows the thorough investigation of correlation between the partitioning and equilibrium of gas-droplet interphase.190
