Abstract
Romania's Air Pollutants/Air Quality Monitoring Network consists of 142 automatic air quality monitoring stations. The results indicate that Romania's annual average mass emissions of CO decreased from 3186â¯Gg in 1990 to 774 in 2014 (decrease by <76%), SOx decreased from 1311â¯Gg-176â¯Gg (decrease by â¼60%), NOx decreased from 546â¯Gg to 218 (decrease by â¼87%), CO2 decreased from 66.226â¯Gg/year in 2007 to 38.916â¯Gg/year in 2014 (decrease by <41%).
