How can information and communication effects on small farmers' engagement in groundwater management: Case of SAISS Aquifers, Morocco

- The overexploitation of a common resource is not a common concern for all famers;
- Exchange on groundwater between neighbors and relatives is the most communication channel used;
- Communication around groundwater is very low and mainly informal;
- Communication weakness is due to the mistrust in relationships;
- NGOs for groundwater might enhance the awareness and small farmers' commitments.
