Abstract
This paper is concerned with a generalized nonlinear hematopoiesis model with variable delays. By utilizing mixed monotone operator fixed point theorem in a cone, we establish some criteria to ensure that the existence of positive almost periodic solution. Two examples are given to illustrate the obtained results.
